Tetra Tech (Pasadena, CA) (ENR #7) has announced the execution of an agreement to acquire Coffey International (Chatswood, Australia), a 3,300-person international development, geoservices, and project management firm. Tetra Tech will make an off-market takeover offer to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Coffey for A$0.425 cash per share. Link to details

Clough Limited (West Perth, Australia) acquired Enercore Projects Limited (Calgary, Canada), a privately owned engineering services company. KBR (Houston, TX) finalized two partnerships with Bernhard Capital Partners (Baton Rouge, LA). One partnership is with Brown & Root Industrial Services (Baton Rouge, LA), under which all of KBR's U.S. and Canadian industrial services and on-call construction is now operating. Under the other partnership, all of KBR's Canadian pipe fabrication business has become Falcon Fabricators and Modular Builders (Baton Rouge, LA). Link to details
