M&A Transactions


Randall/Baylon Architects (Los Angeles, CA), a full-service planning, architecture, and interior design firm, was acquired by JCJ Architecture (Hartford, CT) (ENR #479). Link to details 


Fire protection engineering and building code consulting firm, S.S. Dannaway Associates (Honolulu, HI) joined Coffman Engineers (Seattle, WA) (ENR #221).  This is Coffman's second acquisition in Hawaii in as many years. Link to details


Taylor Engineering (Spokane, WA) merged with Parametrix (Seattle, WA) (ENR #234), an engineering, planning, and environmental services firm.  Taylor engineering specializes in civil engineering design, land surveying, landscape architecture, and land planning. Link to details 


Civil engineering, transportation planning and design, environmental, and urban planning firm, SCJ Alliance (Lacey, WA) acquired Jeffrey B. Glander (Olympia, WA), a landscape design and architecture firm. Link to details


SWCA Environmental Consulting (Phoenix, AZ) (ENR #147) acquired New England Environmental (Amherst, MA), a full-service environmental consulting firm that serves municipal, state, and federal agencies as well as private clients. Link to details


Bureau Veritas (Neuilly-sur-Seine, France) (ENR #24) acquired TMC Marine (London, UK), a firm that provides pre and post casualty advice and support to the marine industry.  Bureau Veritas is a laboratory testing, inspection, and certification services firm. Link to details


Commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (London, UK) acquired Hodgson Elkington (Lincoln, UK), a commercial surveying firm. Link to details


Global energy and infrastructure consultancy, RPS Group (Abingdon, UK) acquired DBK Partners (Birmingham, UK), a 120-person project and cost management consultancy. Link to details
