This week Morrissey Goodale reported two deals in the United States involving companies from California, New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania and one international deal involving a company from Canada.

Leading provider of consulting, engineering, program management, and construction management services, Tetra Tech (Pasadena, CA) (ENR #7) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cornerstone Environmental Group (Middletown, NY). Consulting engineering and surveying firm, American Engineers Group (AEG) (Phoenixville, PA) and GTS Technologies (GTS) (Harrisburg, PA), full-service engineering firm specializing in geotechnical/civil engineering, environmental, water resources, and surveying services have merged. AEG will assume the majority ownership in the merger with GTS operating as a division of AEG. Link to details

JENSEN HUGHES (Baltimore, MD) and Randal Brown & Associates Engineering (RBA) (Toronto, Canada) have merged. JENSEN HUGHES provides specialty engineering consulting services for the built environment and RBA provides consulting engineering services in the fields of fire protection engineering and building code consulting.
