IMEG Corp. (Rock Island, IL) (ENR #118) and Taylor RyMar Corporation (TRC) (Tempe, AZ), a provider of vertical engineering, renewable energy and energy services, merged. TRC and the Phoenix office of KJWW and TTG Engineers will operate as one under their corporate IMEG name. Link to details
