Architecture firm, Hyman Hayes Associates (Albany, NY) bought Loucks/Franko Architecture (LFArch) (Johnstown, NY). Hyman Hayes has an extensive portfolio of health care projects, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. H2M architects + engineers (Melville, NY) (ENR #241) acquired Frank S. Smith, Architect (Maspeth, NY), an architecture firm with projects that have included single-family homes, multi-unit apartment buildings, commercial spaces and office buildings, industrial and warehouse spaces, religious and institutional properties.
