Three of the country's leading health care architectural firms have merged. MorrisSwitzer Environments for Health (Boston, MA), Ascension Group Architects (Arlington, TX), and daSilva Architects (New York, NY) have formed to create Environments for Health Architecture. Link to details 


Engineering and environmental consulting firm, Barr Engineering Company (Minneapolis, MN) (ENR #132) acquired Darg, Bolgrean, Menk (Golden Valley, MN), a structural engineering firm. Link to details 


Employee-owned full-service architecture firm, JLG Architects (Grand Forks, ND) (ENR #472) acquired Studio Five Architects (Minneapolis, MN), one of the oldest woman-owned architecture firms in Minnesota. Link to details 


Provider of engineering services, TTL (Tuscaloosa, AL) merged with Drash Consultants (San Antonio, TX). Drash specializes in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and construction materials testing services. Link to details 


SRP Environmental (Shreveport, LA), a company that specializes in environmental, health and safety and security consulting, acquired Excel Civil & Environmental Associates (Gastonia, NC), a provider of civil, geotechnical, and environmental consulting services. Link to details 


GZA GeoEnvironmental (Norwood, MA) (ENR #134) acquired Rose & Westra (Grand Rapids, MI), an environmental engineering and consulting firm. Rose & Westra will operate as a division of GZA. Link to details
