Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Singaporean Holdings I (CPPIBSH) (Toronto, Canada) has entered into an agreement with Larsen & Toubro (Mumbai, India) to invest in L&T's infrastructure subsidiary. CPPIBSH will invest approximately $166 million followed by another $166 million a year later pending approval, for a minority stake in India's largest engineering company. Link to details
