Design and architecture firm LPA (Irvine, CA) acquired OCO Architects (San Antonio, TX). OCO Architects will operate as OCO LPA until the end of the year and then will be known as LPA. Link to details

SNC-Lavalin (Montreal, Canada) acquired Kentz (Clonmel, Ireland), a global oil & gas services company. This acquisition will make SNC-Lavalin a leading global engineering and construction player in the oil & gas sector. Link to details

Architecture firms, Grieve Gillett (Adelaide, Australia) and Dimitty Andersen (Adelaide, Australia), have announced plans to merge, effective July 1st. The firm will operate as Grieve Gillett Dimitty Andersen Architects. Link to details

Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Singaporean Holdings I (CPPIBSH) (Toronto, Canada) has entered into an agreement with Larsen & Toubro (Mumbai, India) to invest in L&T’s infrastructure subsidiary. CPPIBSH will invest approximately $166 million followed by another $166 million a year later pending approval, for a minority stake in India’s largest engineering company. Link to details
