The private equity investment arm of Canadian pension fund, OMERS (Toronto, Canada) and The Alberta Investment Management Corporation (Edmonton, Canada) bought a majority stake in Environmental Resources Management (ERM) (London, UK), a leading global provider of environmental, health, safety, risk, and social consulting services, from Charterhouse Capital Partners (London, UK). Charterhouse bought a 55% stake in ERM in 2011. Link to details

Nationally recognized leader in geotechnical, environmental, and construction engineering services, G2 Consulting Group (Troy, MI) acquired Schleede-Hampton Associates (Birmingham, MI), a firm that provides similar geotechnical engineering services to the construction industry. Link to details
