Parsons Corporation (Centreville, VA) (ENR #11) entered into an agreement to acquire QRC Technologies (Fredericksburg, VA) from private equity firm DC Capital Partners (Alexandria, VA) for $215 million in cash.  Link to details

EN Engineering (Warrenville, IL) (ENR #74), a leading utility services firm, and private equity firm Kohlberg & Company (Mount Kisco, NY) announced that they have signed a definitive agreement whereby Kohlberg will acquire a majority stake in EN Engineering from General Atlantic (Greenwich, CT).  Link to details
