Industry leader Terracon Consultants (Olathe, KS) acquired New England EnviroStrategies (Concord, NH), a provider of environmental consulting and water resources services to the legal, institutional, industrial, commercial, municipal, and nonprofit sectors. The effective date of the acquisition is July 28. Link to details

Architecture and design firm Strada (Pittsburgh, PA) acquired 46-year-old architecture firm UJMN Architects + Designers (Philadelphia, PA). UJMN will operate as Strada/UJMN through the rest 2013 and then will formally operate under the name Strada. Link to details
