Atlantic Engineering (Kinnelon, NJ) has merged with industry leading, employee-owned Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) (Sparks, MD). Atlantic Engineering provides services related to underwater inspections, as well as the investigation, repair design and construction inspection of structures such as bridges, dams, piers, bulkheads, ferry terminals, platforms, and water tanks. Engineering, architecture, and environmental services firm Halff Associates (Dallas, TX) acquired 20-person oil and gas engineering design firm TriTex Technologies (Dallas, TX). This acquisition will result in the formation of Halff TriTex, LLC and will provide natural gas processing design, safety and hazard analysis, pipeline design, and production facility design services.
