Leading, employee-owned architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental firm Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH) (St. Paul, MN) and engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, and planning firm Yaggy Colby Associates (Rochester, MN) have signed a letter of intent to merge.
