Jacobs (Pasadena, CA) (ENR #2) acquired J.L. Patterson & Associates (Orange, CA), a consulting and professional services engineering firm specializing in rail planning, environmental permitting, design, and construction management. Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors LLC (Binghamton, NY), along with Williams & Edsall Land Surveyors (Owego, NY), has acquired the land surveying records from David Marnicki (Vestal, NY).
