Construction materials testing and geotechnical engineering firm S. W. Cole Engineering (Bangor, ME) has acquired Summit CMT, a construction materials testing subsidiary, from engineering, sciences and surveying firm CES (Brewer, ME). Link to details


Global surveying technology firm Trimble (Sunnyvale, CA) acquired the assets Hydro-Engineering Solutions (Auburn, AL) and RainWave (Auburn, AL).  Hydro-Engineering provides hydraulics and hydrology focused civil engineering services and RainWave provides precipitation monitoring services for agribusiness, construction and engineering, government and consumer industries. Link to details
