4/21/2015

T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) (San Francisco, CA) (ENR #44) and O’Brien & Gere (Syracuse, NY) (ENR #90) announced that TYLI has purchased Lindbergh & Associates (L&A) (Charleston, SC) from O’Brien & Gere. L&A will now conduct business as Lindbergh & Associates, a T.Y. Lin International Company. Morrissey Goodale initiated the transaction and provided M&A advisory services to O’Brien & Gere. Provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions, NV5 (ENR #231) (Hollywood, FL) acquired Mendoza & Associates (San Francisco, CA), a program management firm that specializes in the provision of construction program consulting services to public and private clients in the transportation and clean water/wastewater industries. Jacobs Projects Co. (Shanghai, China) has acquired a controlling interest in Suzhou Han’s Chemical Engineering Co. (SHCE) (Suzhou, China), a provider of engineering design for all types of chemical projects in China. Jacobs Projects is a subsidiary of Jacobs Engineering Group (ENR #2). Link to details
