Lin International (TYLI) (San Francisco, CA) (ENR #44) and O'Brien & Gere (Syracuse, NY) (ENR #90) announced that TYLI has purchased Lindbergh & Associates (L&A) (Charleston, SC) from O'Brien & Gere. L&A will now conduct business as Lindbergh & Associates, a T.Y. Lin International Company. Morrissey Goodale initiated the transaction and provided M&A advisory services to O'Brien & Gere.
