Fairview Microwave’s zero-biased waveguide detectors perform in Ka-, Q-, U-, V-, E-, and W-frequency bands that cover frequencies from 26.5 to 110 GHz. These waveguide detectors are designed for wireless applications, power detection and monitoring, direct-detection receivers, and other applications. The detector circuitry uses a GaAs Schottky Barrier Beam lead diodes with low-junction capacitance. These detector designs perform with sensitivity variation, resulting in a flat-frequency response across the entire waveguide band. The input ports are available with waveguide sizes ranging from WR-28 to WR-10, while the video-output ports use SMA female connectors. The voltage-sensitivity levels range from -600 to -3000 mV/mW and can operate in conditions ranging from 0 to +50 C.
