The Champion LX Series residential packaged equipment line has been expanded to offer high efficiency 16 SEER models designed to provide consistent comfort while reducing energy consumption. Courtesy of: Johnson ControlsThe Champion LX Series residential packaged equipment line has been expanded to offer high-efficiency 16 SEER PHE6 and PCE6 models. The 16 SEER models are designed with exact fit gas/electric hookups and a compact cabinet to fit most roof frames or slabs. The units have a standardized design with removable front and side panels to provide separate access for refrigeration and heat compartments. The two-stage compressor and gas/electric heating is designed to provide consistent comfort while reducing energy consumption. The units also include a top discharge fan and vibration-reducing chassis, multi-speed ECM indoor fan motor, copper tube/aluminum fin condenser coils, dehumidification with advanced thermostat controls, and an ECM circulating blower.
