Trident with SafeVu offers integrated visible break and no-oil design. Courtesy: G&W ElectricG&W Electric's Trident solid dielectric switchgear with SafeVu visible break technology is oil-free switchgear that provides overcurrent protection and load switching for systems rated through 15 kV, 630-amp continuous, and 12.5 symmetrical interrupting. This single-phase switchgear offers compact and submersible replacement alternative and features an integral visible break for safety. The switchgear can be used for load-break or fault-interrupting applications. The switchgear has the option for motorized operation, which enables remote operation. The Trident switchgear with SafeVu provides a fully integrated visible break solution and offers a visible break without oil or fluids.
