Wittenstein offers the alpheno servo gearbox, power density up by 130 percent compared to previous models, available in multiple versions.
Wittenstein’s alpheno promises to take the performance of planetary gearheads to an entirely new level. For several years, alpheno has reportedly been a model choice in highly challenging applications where individual requirements exceed the performance capabilities of the standard product range.
The alpheno is available in a high-speed version with a hollow shaft at the output. A variant with optimised inertia allegedly guarantees maximum energy efficiency. The power density of alpheno has been increased by 130% compared to the SP+, Wittenstein’s previous offering. As an addition to the Wittenstein rank and pinion portfolio, alpheno is said by Wittenstein to represent an unbeatable drive solution in the field of linear motion.
