It also has wired connections inside that eliminate the need for a junction box. The Evolution series is designed to fit both retrofit and construction applications and features spring-loaded, slide egress doors that accommodate the space required for cables to exit the device and shut automatically when the user closes the cover. The cover includes a built-in handle for access, features a symmetrical design, and is available in eight finishes.
