Schuh, P.E. , and Mark D. Rauckhorst, P.E. , to the role of senior vice president… Harry Lauderdale III , has been named project manager in the Philadelphia office of Brinjac Engineering, Inc. … New York-based EYP Mission Critical Facilities, Inc. recently tapped Don Chamberland to join the firm as a principal… Rob Bolin and Ali Hadian have been named vice presidents at the Los Angeles office of Syska Hennessy Group . Bolin leads Syska's sustainable design practice, and Hadian has been a senior-level electrical designer with Syska since 1982… TLC , an Orlando, Fla.-based firm, is planning a phased transition of its management team. In April 2004, John D. Benz, AIA , will step down as chief executive officer, to be succeeded by marketing director Debra Lupton, AIA . Also, Winston "Bud" Gardner, P.E. , will retire as chief operating officer in January 2006, to be succeeded by current Ft. Myers division director Brett McKinstry, P.E.Schirmer Engineering Corporation has added Patrick Ward, P.E. , and Kurt Bolles to the staff at its Concord, Calif., office. Ward joins the company as project manager, while Bolles will perform as a senior designer.
