The commercial refrigerant compressors are designed for water-cooled chiller applications and built with Turbocor technology. The oil-free, variable-speed, magnetic bearing centrifugal TT700 compressors are designed to provide full- and part-load energy efficiency. The compressors also feature a small footprint, are lightweight, and offer low vibration, very low sound, and soft starting characteristics. The Danfoss Turbocor TT70 is specifically targeted for 400 and 380 V applications, and will be able to deliver 200 tons (700 kW) at typical full load rating conditions. Additional features include: magnetic bearings and intelligent electronic controls.
