Commercial boiler product line offers a fully modulating burner with 5:1 turndown and a cascading feature that allows multiple boilers to be controlled by one central boiler. The turndown feature allows units to generate as much or as little heat necessary to provide a consistent, stable indoor temperature. Universal defrost timer can be wired directly to power supply voltages of 120 volts , 208 volts and 230 volts AC without jumpers or switches, making installation and service easier. Energy recovery ventilators (ERV) are said to help satisfy requirements of ASHRAE standards 62 and 90.1. The units recapture cooling and heating energy, control humidity extremes and are compatible with the manufacturer’s other HVAC equipment.
