Mount outlet boxes provide control cabinets power for equipment

Wago Corporation’s CPO Series DIN-rail Mount Outlet Boxes provide control cabinets with power for common tools including laptops and testing equipment.

10/25/2010

Wago Corporation’s CPO Series DIN-rail Mount Outlet Boxes provide control cabinets with power for common tools including laptops and testing equipment. Designed by Wago Corporation’s Custom Products Group, the CPO Series uses a UL498 Receptacle — ideal for UL508 panels.

Addressing requests for compact duplex supplies, the CPO’s compact PVC housing measures just 60 mm x 109 mm and features an ABS plastic cover. The CPO Series employs a top-mount ground pin, preventing loose metal objects (e.g., conductor strands) from shorting hot and neutral pins together. For varying termination needs, the CPO Series offers either color-coded Cage Clamp Spring Pressure termination or MCS Pluggable Connectors. Regardless of connector selected, both provide clearly marked input terminals and integrated test ports for troubleshooting.

The CPO Series consists of 26 variants including: Duplex, GFCI, Isolated Ground and Switch models, as well as PCB-mount outlets. Specialty configurations, such as surge-protected and European “Schuko” outlets are also available. Depending on CPO variant selected, ratings range from 120–250 V and 15–20 A.
