Mini dc gear motors develop high torque
Nidec Copal’s OD miniature dc gear motors develop high shaft torque, speeds ranging from 1400 rms down to 40 rpm
Nidec Copal’s new RoHS family of four 12 mm (0.472-in.) OD miniature dc gear motors develop high shaft torque ranging from 0.28 oz-in. (LA 12G-344 VW) up to 6.94 oz-in (LA 12G-344 VT). Rated shaft speeds range from 1400 rpm down to 40 rpm. The metal spur gears incorporated in the geartrain permit high shaft torque from these incredibly tiny dc gear motors. The gear motor’s axial length is 1.023-in. Input voltage levels range from 4.5 V dc to 6.0 V dc. Rated current levels for the 4 LA 12G-344 models do not exceed 250 milliamps. Nidec Copal can provide many windings.
