Howard R. Green Company, St. Paul, Minn., welcomes Ronald Armstrong as project engineer to its St. Paul office. Armstrong is an electrical engineer with over 18 years of experience as a lead or design electrical engineer on a variety of projects at water treatment, wastewater treatment, power generation, industrial, and utility facilities.

The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE), Chicago, has elected its 2006-2008 board of directors at its biennial convention in Tampa, Fla. Elected president was Julius Ballanco, P.E., of JB Engineering and Code Consulting, P.C., in Munster, Ind.

Einhorn Yaffee Prescott Architecture & Engineering, Albany, N.Y., has established a new services group dedicated to providing comprehensive energy consulting to building and facilities operators, owners and designers.
