Eaton's Pow-R-Command intelligent panelboard is engineered to help industrial and commercial facilities with lighting control, dimming, and daylight harvesting capabilities. The Pow-R-Command provides a wide range of lighting control, dimming, and daylight harvesting capabilities. This allows the system to reduce HVAC load requirements and lighting energy usage by as much as 41%. The Pow-R-Command system also can manage nonlighting loads to provide additional energy savings and a flexible solution for demand-response schemes. The system also integrates lighting control and branch circuit protection in a single, compact enclosure to reduce required wall space. Additionally, a compartment behind the display allows for safe access to low voltage communications and input/output connections without removing the panelboard trim or deadfront. This design increases safety by preventing service personnel from coming into contact with live components, and reduces the need for a qualified electrician with personal protective equipment (PPE) to assist in troubleshooting.
