The MicroGenius 2 chargers are the second generation of MicroGenius high efficiency switchmode chargers designed for tough genset and marine duty where conditions are often extreme. Courtesy: SENSThe MicroGenius 2 chargers are SENS' second generation of MicroGenius high-efficiency switchmode chargers. The chargers employ ultra‐fast digital signal processing to implement advanced charging algorithms and feature SENS' Dynamic Boost and HELIX technologies. Dynamic Boost automatically modifies charging in response to changing dc loads, battery state of charge & condition, temperature, etc. HELIX can double the life of genset starting batteries and reduce chance of catastrophic battery failure. MicroGenius 2 chargers are designed for tough genset and marine duty where conditions are often extreme. Some models of the MicroGenius 2 have a die‐cast chassis to deliver exceptional convection cooling without the use of failure‐prone fans. Electronics are protected from corrosion with high‐grade conformal coating. And with their UL‐classified rainproof enclosure, MicroGenius 2 enclosed models don't need drip shields to protect them from dripping water.
