Bosch Thermotechnology's Buderus GB162 gas condensing boiler combines is ideal for wall- or rack-mounted applications for multi-boiler cascades and up to eight units can be cascaded. Courtesy: BoschBosch Thermotechnology's Buderus GB162 gas condensing boiler combines condensing and cascade technologies in one compact, lightweight design with the ability to fit multiple boiler units into tight spaces. The GB162 is ideal for wall- or rack-mounted applications for multi-boiler cascades and up to eight units can be cascaded. The GB162 is designed for applications like smaller commercial buildings and is quiet in operation. Buderus GB162 units can be deployed in either TR back-to-back or TL in-line configurations with corresponding Cascade Kits for easy installations of up to eight boilers for total capacity up to 2664 MBH. The GB162 is equipped with a patented, extremely efficient aluminum silicate ALU-Plus condensing heat exchanger to ensure the longest possible operational life. Each unit can modulate down to 20% of total output for year-round efficiency.
