EGSA elects officers and directors for 2010

EGSA has announced the election of officers and three new board members for 2010. “The association would like to thank those leaving its Board of Directors and express its appreciation for their valuable contributions and continuous support,” said Jalane Kellough, EGSA Executive Director.

        EGSA has announced the election of officers and three new board members for 2010.

        “The association would like to thank those leaving its Board of Directors and express its appreciation for their valuable contributions and continuous support,” said Jalane Kellough, EGSA Executive Director. “At the same time, EGSA would also like to welcome those newly elected to the board and thank them for taking an active role in the association.”

        EGSA officers for 2010 are:

        • President: Ron Hartzel, Eaton Corp., Moon Township, Pa.

        • President-Elect: John Kelly Jr., Kelly Generator & Equipment Inc., Owings, Md.

        • Vice President: Michael Pope, Süd-Chemie Inc., Needham, Mass.

        • Secretary-Treasurer: Debra Laurents, Cummins Power Generation, Minneapolis

        • Immediate Past President: Greg Linton, JRS Custom Fabrication, Ocala, Fla.

        Also elected to the Board of Directors were:

        • Brad Fennell, Chillicothe Metal, Chillicothe, Ill.

        • Ronald Schroeder, ASCO Power Technologies, Florham Park, N.J.

        • Mark Steele, Technology Research Corp., Clearwater, Fla.

        The newly elected officers will join the following directors who remain on the board through the coming year:

        • David Brown, Kohler Co., Kohler, Wis.

        • Joe Hafich, Emergency Systems Service Co., Quakertown, Pa.

        • Bobby McDonald, Generator Service Co. Inc., Hueytown, Ala.

        • Al Prosser, MTU Onsite Energy Corp., Mankato, Minn.

        • Greg Walters, Kim HotStart Co., Spokane, Wash.

        • Mike Witkowski, Pritchard Brown, Baltimore

        The newly elected officers and board members will be seated on the EGSA Board of Directors Jan. 1, 2010.
