Education practice expands expertise with George Kacan, PreK-12 education leader

CannonDesign’s national PreK-12 practice has built its legacy in partnering with our clients who are focused on transforming learning environments for tomorrow’s leaders. To continue that legacy and, supporting CannonDesign’s growth, George Kacan, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has joined the firm as Chicago’s PreK-12 Education Practice Leader. George is joining the current leadership team of Stuart Brodsky and Mary Cavanaugh.

Bringing a wealth of PreK-12 education experience to CannonDesign, George is committed to growth and delivering exceptional facilities reinforced with proactive client service. A strategic designer that stresses the importance of relationships summarizes George’s leadership approach to his new opportunity with the firm.

George will focus on CannonDesign’s PreK-12 marketing and client engagement activities, client and team leadership, internal mentoring, advancing the education market’s work and managing processes from the firm’s Chicago office.
