David Miller named Cx manager at TLC office

TLC Engineering for Architecture has promoted David Miller to be the corporate commissioning manager for the company's Cocoa, Fla., office.

TLC promoted Miller to be the corporate commissioning manager for the company's Cocoa, Fla. office. Courtesy: TLCDavid Miller of TLC Engineering for Architecture in Cocoa has been named Corporate Commissioning Manager for the 290-person firm. David is an ACG-certified commissioning authority and a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional with a special designation in building design and construction.

In his new role, he will work closely with TLC’s 33 certified commissioning authorities and 11 operating divisions to achieve high value and high quality delivery, while expanding the firm’s commissioning skill set. His responsibilities include training, marketing, forms, policies and working with all of the division directors to pursue, win and provide commissioning services. In addition to TLC’s longstanding delivery of fundamental and enhanced commissioning of new buildings, in the past two years the firm has retro-commissioned existing buildings for numerous clients, from local municipalities and school districts to national REITs, all of whom have experienced rapid return on investment from this process.
