Aerco expands its Benchmark family with the Benchmark 1.5 Low NOx condensing, fully modulating boiler. WIth an operating range of 75,000 to 1.5 million Btuh, the boiler matches fluctuating loads to minimize boiler cycling and eliminate temperature overshoot. Designed with a small footprint, the boiler measures 79 in. H X 28 in. W x 36 in. D and is delivered in a single, fully assembled package that fits in a standard doorway. The model incorporates a stainless steel heat exchanger and Aerco's unit controller and air/fuel delivery system to deliver 20:1 turndown for maximized operating efficiency and seasonal fuel savings. The boiler is individually or in multiple unit designs. In addition to having a constant set point, indoor/outdoor reset schedule, or 4 to 20 mA signal, one or more boilers can be integrated via a Modbus communications protocol to Aerco's multiple boiler management system or facility-wide energy management or building automation system. An optional gateway to support BACnet, LonWorks, and N2 communications also is available.
