Panasonic’s Ceiling Radiation Damper (model PC-RD05C4) can be used with Panasonic’s Ceiling Radiation Damper (model PC-RD05C4) can be used to provide customers with an all-in-one radiation damper solution.select Panasonic ventilation fans, fan/lights, and built-in controls to provide customers with an all-in-one radiation damper solution. Manufactured to protect against fire and heat radiation, the damper features an easy, intuitive installation with a damper notch and hold-down clip, galvanized steel frame with 165 degree fusible link, and high temperature, non-asbestos, reinforced thermal fabric. The Panasonic Ceiling Radiation Damper helps builders and contractors meet code, as it has a UL classification for use in 1-, 2-, or 3-hour fire-rated floor/ceiling and roof/ceiling designs (UL standard 555C) and is Warnock-Hersey and California Fire Marshal approved for use in combustible ceilings with ducted fans. The product also meets or exceeds the NFPA Standard for the Installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilating Systems (NFPA 90A).
