ccrd partners expands with new stockholders and associate principals.

ccrd partners announced the promotions of Shaun Grimm, Jared Machala, Mark Montgomery, and Nolan Rome to Associate Principals and Stockholders of ccrd partners.

Shaun Grimm, PE, Associate Principal, ccrd Phoenix

Mr. Grimm was the lead electrical engineer for Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas in Austin, Texas, the only LEED Platinum hospital in the world. In 2009, Shaun was a guest speaker for the ASHE Phoenix Children’s Hospital Central Plant Tour. Notably, Shaun served as lead engineer on the Phoenix Children’s Hospital project. In 2010, Shaun was recognized by Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine as a 40 Under 40 winner.

Jared Machala, PE, LEED AP, Associate Principal, ccrd Houston

Mr. Machala is a lead mechanical engineer in ccrd’s Houston office. Jared’s portfolio includes numerous high containment facilities including BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratories. He also manages the design of radiochemistry laboratories, clean rooms and cGMP facilities. Jared has also worked on several LEED projects including laboratories.

Mark Montgomery, PE, LEED AP, Associate Principal, ccrd Denver

In 2008, Mr. Montgomery was asked to help start the Denver office where he currently serves as office manager and lead electrical engineer. Mark is the project manager for phase 1 of the Castle Rock Adventist Health Center in Castle Rock, Colorado, due for completion in 2013 with a 30-year master plan for growth. Recently, Mark spoke at the 2011 National ASHE Practice and Design Confer¬ence on “Taxing the Infrastructure: An Emergency Power Point of View.” In 2011, Mark was recognized by Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine as a 40 Under 40 winner.

Nolan Rome, PE, LEED AP, Associate Principal, ccrd Phoenix

The firm recognized Mr. Rome’s dedication and leadership capabilities, and in 2007 he was asked to help start the Phoenix office where he currently serves as office manager and lead mechanical engineer. Nolan was the project manager for the recently completed and highly acclaimed Phoenix Children’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Nolan was a speaker at the 2010 National Green Build Conference on the topic of “Sustainability in Healthcare.” In 2011, Nolan was recognized by Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine as a 40 Under 40 winner.
