The software includes an open technology platform for collecting and managing data from disparate building systems and other data sources, as well as a suite of cloud-hosted building efficiency applications that work with any building management system. The system includes four applications that detect abnormal energy consumption, track energy usage and carbon emissions, create energy baseline models, and provide comparative analysis. With Panoptix, the company provides building and energy services to help customers implement operational improvements and energy-savings measures on-site, online, and by phone.
