BICSI realigns conference schedule

BICSI places greater emphasis on global and local events.

05/13/2009

Consistent with goals in the BICSI Board Strategic Plan, BICSI , the association supporting the information transport systems (ITS) industry with information, education, and knowledge assessment, has decided to hold two major U.S. Conferences per year, instead of three.

BICSI has decided not to proceed with future BICSI U.S. Spring Conferences & Exhibitions, including the 2010 BICSI Spring Conference & Exhibition previously scheduled for April 11-14, 2010, in Albuquerque, N.M., allowing greater emphasis on the BICSI Fall (Sept. 20-24, 2009, Las Vegas) and Winter Conferences & Exhibitions (Jan. 17-21, 2010, Orlando, Fla.).

In addition to the conferences in the United States, BICSI holds many conferences with educational and networking opportunities all around the world. The most recent event was the 8th Annual Middle East Conference and Exhibition, held May 3-5 in Dubai.
