BCA announces board of directors

The Building Commissioning Association (BCA) has announced its 2008 BCA Board of Directors.

The Building Commissioning Association (BCA) has announced its 2008 BCA Board of Directors. Edward Faircloth, LEED AP, from Gilbane Building Co., Houston, serves as president. Other board members are listed on the BCA site.


The BCA is an international non-profit organization that serves as the recognized authority and resource on commissioning. Membership is made up of more than 900 professionals from all across the commercial buildings industry, who maintain the highest standards and practices for the commissioning process.

This year, the association will hold its second annual BCA Forum on Monday, April 21, 2008, the day before the . Open to all, the forum will be a full-day event where board, chapter, and committee members meet face-to-face to discuss association issues, review BCA guidelines and certification, and continue to work on the goals for 2008 that were established at the board of directors retreat. For BCA members, it's an ideal opportunity to get to know each other, bring to light different points of view during chapter and committee meetings, and take part in setting the agenda for the BCA’s future. For non-members, it's a great chance to learn more about the association and how the BCA is furthering the commissioning industry.
