Alerton, Redmond, Wash., announced the release of its Global and National Accounts program to meet the needs of customers deploying building control solutions across multiple sites. The program mutually identifies the costs of owning and operating a building automation system, which then ensures that these costs are defined and designed, rather than left to chance.

The program provides clients one point of contact, which ensures standardized implementation, simplified procurement and coordination of on-going support and service. The integration of new systems with legacy systems is done through BACnet open protocol. Les Netterstrom is the head of the Global and National Accounts program and a 25-year veteran of the building automation industry.
