Huskovic has more than 12 years of experience designing mechanical and electrical systems for the technology sector and in data center, commercial, industrial, transportation, education, hospitality, and health care facilities. What sets him apart is his unique blend of technical expertise and commitment to excellence in his work, coupled with his passionate hands-on approach with his staff. He manages approximately 200 employees at MMM Group Limited, where he is a vice president in charge of mechanical and electrical engineering for eastern Canada. He is driven, focused, and disciplined, and has built a career and helped to shape the culture of his team around these principles and on the basis of his own professional and personal integrity. As a consulting engineer, he is a trusted technical advisor and a dependable partner to his clients. Huskovic is exceptional in the role of developing, maintaining, and expanding client relations. He is regarded by his clients, industry partners, and peers as the "go to"person in the industry. Although his areas of specialization are technology, data center, and telecommunication facilities, he has also led several high-profile projects in the health care, hospitality, commercial, transportation, and industrial sectors. Huskovic is also very active with the York Region District School Board, where he provides career and leadership mentorship and advice to students. He has been mentoring high school and university students for several years. He is also a member of MMM's United Way campaign, in which he lends his leadership expertise to fundraising activities. In his spare time, Huskovic loves spending time with his family and friends, organizes table tennis nights at a Toronto table tennis club, and plays in the industry soccer league.
