The ICB12S Extra-Short Inductive Proximity Sensors by Carlo Gavazzi have a thread length of only 23 mm and housing lengths as short as 25 mm. These ultra-compact M12 sensors are designed for applications where space is limited and high performance is required. The extra-short inductive sensors inherit many of the same benefits of the longer ICB Series sensors including: rugged IP67 nickel-plated brass housings, status LEDs that are clearly visible from any direction, a wide operating temperature range, a high switching frequency, and protection from short circuits and overloads. The micro-controller-based design ensures accuracy and repeatability in operation. Other features of the proximity sensors include sensing distances of 4 mm flush and 8 mm non-flush and NPA or PNP, NO, or NC output.
