RESPEC (Rapid City, SD), a consulting and IT solutions firm specializing in the global energy and mining, and national water and natural resources and Government markets announced the acquisition of WRC Engineering (Denver, CO), a specialist provider of technical services in the areas of stormwater, water and wastewater, water rights, and civil and municipal engineering. Link to details

International design firm Cuningham Group Architecture(Minneapolis, MN) acquired NTD Healthcare, the healthcare practice of NTD Architecture (San Diego, CA). Global engineering and construction company M+W Group (Stuttgart, Germany) acquired LifeTek Solutions (Blue Bell, PA), a design and consulting firm focused exclusively on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Link to details. Earlier this week, M+W Group acquired IPSC GmbH (Schwedt, Germany), a 40-person multidisciplinary consulting and engineering firm to the oil, gas and chemicals sectors. Link to details

International design, consulting, engineering, and management services firm ARCADIS (Arnhem, Netherlands) acquired SENES Consultants Limited (Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada), a specialist provider of environmental, radiological and risk assessment services for the mining, energy, oil & gas and industrial sectors. The acquisition includes site assessment and remediation services company DCS Limited, an affiliate of SENES. Together, SENES Consultants and DCS have 250 employees and feature just over $30 million in annual revenue. Link to details
