In the growing energy efficiency sector, Ameresco (Framingham, MA) acquired ESP (Castleford, UK), an energy management consulting company consisting of The Energy Services Partnership and ESP Response. ESP is a provider of energy management solutions, including energy supply, invoice management and demand response services for commercial, industrial, manufacturing and utility customers. Link to details

GPD Group (Akron, OH), an engineering, planning and architecture firm has acquired civil and municipal engineering firm W.E. Stilson Consulting Group (Columbus, OH). W.E.
