TLC Engineering names five associates

TLC Engineering for Architecture's board of directors has announced five new associates.

Five engineers have been named as associates by TLC Engineering for Architecture by the board of directors. Associates are selected based on their long-term potential as leaders in the firm and their continued individual contribution to the successful efforts of TLC.

Eric Bradford, PE, LEED AP BD+C, structural engineer in TLC’s Cocoa office has over nine years experience in structural engineering and construction administration with a diverse design portfolio of educational, recreational, institutional and other commercial structures. In addition, he is an experienced threshold inspector and has provided inspections for various educational and recreational facilities.

Bradford is a past President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Cape Canaveral Branch and Gainesville Branch and a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. 

Jeffrey Stash, LEED AP BD+C, senior plumbing and fire protection specialist in TLC’s Fort Myers office has over 23 years of engineering experience and is fluent in the International Building Code with extensive knowledge of designing systems that utilize alternative energy sources, including PV panels and solar water heating systems.

He is an active member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE), a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and an Accredited Professional with the American Rainwater Collection Systems Association (ARCSA). He is also a Florida Master Plumber.

Stash is a graduate of Northern Virginia College and Maryland Drafting Institute.

Jamil Aljasir, mechanical specialty designer in TLC’s Tampa office, has over 11 years of engineering experience on a broad range of building types including aviation, education, office and governmental facilities.

He specializes in mechanical design services, load analysis, commissioning services and maintaining facilities in accordance with sustainable building standards.

Aljasir holds an Associates in Applied Science from the ITT Technical Institute.

Rania Girgis, Business Development Representative for TLC, focusing on the healthcare market, has five years of experience in marketing and business development in the architectural/engineering industry.

She has a bachelor of science degree in education from the University of Central Florida.

She is on the Board of Directors of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Central Florida and a Leadership Associate for the Construction Owners Association of America (COAA).  

Tony Esposito, PE, LEED AP, Mechanical Project Engineer in TLC’s Healthcare Division, has over 12 years engineering experience in the design of hospitals and other medical facilities.

He is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Central Florida chapter and a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Esposito holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and remains an active alumni at the University.
