BIM HD product models help owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to design, construct, and operate more efficient buildings—throughout the entire lifecycle of a building. BIM HD product models from Schneider Electric enable virtual design with fully parametric and optimized models, which feature flexible dimensions able to adjust intelligently to meet selection requirements, as well as efficient and lightweight file sizes that can adjust between early building design and construction. The software in the BIM HD product models also has integrated metadata that provides key information, values, and links for improved performance, as well as collision detection for both “hard” equipment collisions as well as “soft” code collisions.
