DABO from ADMS Technologies is a continuous building optimization software program. It complements the BAS to which it is connected. DABO continually gathers and analyzes data from the BAS and generates a comprehensive documentation on building operations. DABO’s advanced functions include the ability to monitor BAS parameters and store the data in an SQL database. It can analyze and diagnose faults on mechanical and electrical systems and then proposes strategies for optimizing operational sequences in a performance report. DABO also can retrace the history of the system operations and any past corrections made to allow for a more efficient, streamlined operation.
