Steril-Aire Inc., Burbank, Calif., added two regional managers to its sales staff: Paul Gilvydis is the new North Central regional manager, and Karl Oelker will serve the Central region. Gilvydis most recently served as regional sales director for Sencon Inc. As North Central regional manager, his territory includes Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and eastern Wisconsin. Oekler brings more than 25 years of sales experience to his post as Central regional manager. He comes to Steril-Aire from ProProducts, where he was a regional manager. His territory includes Arkansas, North and South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Missouri and western Wisconsin.

Eugene Scotcher has been named CEO of Soler & Palau USA , Jacksonville, Fla. Scotcher previously served the company as managing director S&P UK LTD. Pat Williams III , the company’s president, announced his resignation and his plans to pursue opportunities within S&P as an independent sales representative.

TAC , Carrollton, Texas, signed a $500,000 performance contact with the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C. The Energy Solutions division of TAC will provide facility upgrades to improve operations, comfort and efficiency in the seminary’s buildings. The project is expected to reduce utility costs by nearly $53,000 annually.
