  • Tivoli, LLC, a Santa Ana, Calif.-based lighting system manufacturer, has filed a complaint for trademark infringement and unfair competition against Decor-Max, LLC and Efficient-Tec International, LLC, alleging that the two defendants intentionally infringed Tivoli’s registered trademarks in advertising by using the names “Tivoliled” and “Tivoliflexed.”
